We start small and measure
Every engagement begins with one process. We record how it works today, agree how success will be measured, and build a pilot. We only recommend going further if the pilot meets the measures we agreed at the start.
People make the decisions
Our agents read, compare, check and draft. Any decision that affects a customer, a citizen, a payment or a contract is made by a named member of your staff, who sees the evidence the agent used.
Your data stays under your control
- Systems are deployed in your environment or a cloud region you choose.
- We use open-source components wherever practical, so you are not locked in to us or to one vendor.
- Every agent action is logged so it can be audited.
- We handle personal data in line with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019 and the rules of the country where each client operates.
We check quality continuously
Before go-live we test each agent against real examples from your work. After go-live we keep measuring accuracy and report it to you on a regular schedule.
